At Sim Race Webshop B.V., we want to ensure your racing setup is perfect, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all electronic components and peripherals. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a valid return process.

  Shipping Your Gear

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
